Requirements for compressor inquiry

客戶訂購壓縮機或詢價時，應提供以下基本參數：

When a customer orders a compressor or an inquiry, the following basic parameters should be provided:

1. 吸氣壓力：也稱入口壓力，即買方氣源的壓力（在不考慮氣源至吸氣口之間管路的壓力損失時）；

The suction pressure is also known as the entrance pressure, air pressure (in which the buyer does not consider the loss of pressure pipeline between the gas to the suction port of the gauge or absolute pressure).

2. 吸氣溫度：也稱入口溫度，即買方氣源的壓力（在不考慮氣源至吸氣口之間管路的溫度損失時）；

Suction temperature: also known as the inlet temperature, that is, the pressure of the buyer's gas source (when the temperature loss of the pipeline between the gas and the suction ports is not taken into account)

3. 排氣壓力：也稱出口壓力，即買方系統(tǒng)所需的zui高工作壓力；

Discharge pressure: also known as the outlet pressure, the maximum working pressure required by the buyer's system

4. 壓縮機排氣溫度：也稱出口溫度，即在壓縮機排氣口處，氣體經壓縮后所測量的zui高溫度，此溫度應小于壓縮介質所允許的zui高溫度；

Discharge temperature of compressor is also known as outlet temperature, which is the highest temperature measured by compression at the outlet of compressor. This temperature should be smaller than the maximum temperature allowed by compressed medium.

5. 冷卻后排氣溫度：壓縮機排氣口排出的高溫氣體經壓縮機自身冷卻系統(tǒng)冷卻后，供買方使用的氣體溫度；

The Discharge temperature after cooling: the temperature of the gas used by the buyer after the compressor exhaust outlet is cooled by the compressor's own cooling system.

6. 壓縮介質（氣體）：如是混合氣體，應提供各種氣體的組分及各種組分所占混合氣體的比例；

Compressed medium (gas): as a mixture of gases, the components of all kinds of gases and the proportion of various components to the mixture should be provided.
7. 容積流量：也稱排氣量，即在上述吸氣壓力、排氣壓力時單位時間內所需的氣體體積，并說明狀態(tài)；

Volume flow: also known as the volume of exhaust gas, that is, the volume of gas required in unit time at the above suction pressure anddischarge pressure, and to explain the state of the gas.

8. 電氣的防爆等級、對自控的具體要求及其他特殊要求

Electrical explosion-proof grade, specific requirements for automatic control and other special requirements

9. 是否對材質有特殊要求？是否有循環(huán)水冷卻？如無，需要配備風冷卻器還是冷水機組冷卻器

Are there any special requirements for the material? Is there circulating water cooling? If not, air cooler or chiller
